For personalized or custom-made products, you are responsible for ensuring that all names, text, images, bounty amounts, usernames, and other customization details submitted with the order are accurate. Once production of a customized product has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of incorrect pricing, product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment failure, or inaccurate order information. If an order that has already been paid for is cancelled by us, the applicable amount will be refunded in accordance with our published policies.

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts and promotions displayed on our store may change from time to time without prior notice. The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed when you place your order, subject to correction of any obvious pricing or technical error.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, delivery charges or other charges, where relevant, will be displayed or communicated during the checkout process before your order is completed.

Prices or promotional offers available through our online store may differ from those available through our physical business, social media channels or other sales channels.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and, where reasonably necessary, cancel an affected order. If payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are generally dispatched within 5–7 business days after order confirmation.

The dispatch period is separate from the delivery period. Delivery times depend on the customer's location, courier or transport service, product size, availability and other circumstances that may affect transportation.

Estimated delivery dates are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed.

We take reasonable care to securely package mirrors and other fragile products before dispatch. Where available, shipment or tracking information may be provided after dispatch.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and contact number. Address changes may not be possible after an order has been dispatched.

If a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and supporting photographs so that we can review the matter in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.

The Mirror Factory, operated by Anmol Glass, is powered by Shopify, which provides the technology that enables us to operate our online store and provide the Services.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions between you and Anmol Glass / The Mirror Factory. Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by us.

Your use of Shopify-powered features may also be subject to applicable Shopify terms and policies.

Nothing in this Section affects a customer's rights in relation to products that are damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied, materially different from what was ordered, or otherwise protected under applicable consumer law.

The original generated liability clause is very broad. The revised version is deliberately subject to applicable Indian consumer law rather than suggesting the Terms override statutory protections.

SECTION 18 - INDEMNIFICATION
